Neil Smith

Neil Smith is responsible for the administration, financial business and IT developments in the practice and all personnel issues. The manager is the point of contact if you have any suggestions to make about our current services, or any complaints.

Fiona Ross

Office Administrator

Fiona Ross is responsible for the administration including our appointment systems and day to day running of the practice. She is the focal point of communication between the health care team.   She is also another point of contact if you have any suggestions to make about our current services, or any complaints

Reception

The Receptionist is the first point of contact between the patient and the Practice. As well as answering the telephone and booking appointments, they have a wide range of clerical tasks to perform which are essential to the efficient running of the Reception. Please be patient with our staff who are often working under considerable pressure.

Please note – especially when taking requests for urgent house calls, they have been authorised by the doctors to ask for some medical details.
