Nurses

The Practice nurses hold surgeries within the centre. Our Nurses do not make house calls but offer a wide range of services including: Health Promotion advice, Family Planning advice, Travel advice, Cervical Smears, Blood Pressure checks, Chronic Disease Management, e.g. Asthma, Diabetes, COPD, Heart Disease; ear syringing, wound care, and management of some minor injuries, e.g. cuts and burns.

Our nursing auxiliary holds surgeries every morning for blood tests. You will either be referred to the Practice Nurse from another member of the team or you can make an appointment directly through Reception. Please ring 01382 458333.
