Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionsRepeat prescription slips are printed by the computer and monitored by the doctors.

You can order repeat prescriptions through this website via our online services on the homepage or using the above link

If you prefer you can bring your repeat slip to the surgery or post this to us with a stamped addressed envelope. If you have lost your slip, simply write your medication, as clearly as possible, on a piece of paper and put it in the box provided at reception or post with a stamped addressed envelope.

Most patients find it convenient and time-saving to take advantage of our chemist collection service. If you inform us of the chemist of your choice we will send your prescription directly to them. Then all you need do is pop into your chemist to collect your prescription instead of having to come back to the surgery to collect it.  Please allow an extra 24 hours for this service.

The doctor will ask to see you from time to time to review your repeat medication.

“Repeat prescriptions are available for collection 2 working days after ordering (3 days if chemist collection)"

Please remember this service is only for items which appear on your repeat slip.

NB. For security reasons there is no letterbox at the surgery for hand deliveries.
