Home Visits

It helps us to help you if you can come to the surgery whenever possible. We can investigate and treat more effectively at the surgery but if you are too ill to attend we will visit you at home. Please ring before 11 a.m. Later than this is for emergencies only.

A doctor or senior practice nurse will speak to you to get some simple information about your symptoms. This is to allow the doctors to determine the order of priority of visits.

Remember that housecalls will only be made to seriously ill/housebound patients

Controlled Access to your Home

If access to your house has been changed to controlled entry, please let us know your house/flat number (e.g. 1A/1B etc) so that we can gain entry should you need a home visit.
